GANESH PRASAD M.A. Visiting Faculty
Ganesh Prasad is a bassist and multi-instrumentalist based in Bangalore. He has played more than 600 live shows for various bands and artists. He has also worked for well-known artists like Rajath Hegde, MD Pallavi, Praveen Godkindi, Shreeharsha and many more. He has also featured in many youtube channels and Kappa TV sessions as a bass guitarist. He has played recording session for more than 20 Kannada movies for leading music directors Charan Raj, Harikrishna and Udit Haritas.
Ganesh is also a well-known acoustician in Bangalore. He has built more than 30 recording studios, more than 10 home theatres and also few auditoriums and concert halls. He owns and manages “Taranga Acoustic Solutions” for the acoustic consultation and installation.
2017 - till date
He is endorsed by “Bartolini Bass Pickups” and emerging artist endorsement from “MTD Kingston Basses”. He has been playing bass since 2011.
2017 - 2018
He has been playing bass guitar for “Ananya Bhat Concerts” since 2017, for “Shadow Trail” since 2018, and for ”Kalpanik Theory” since 2017 as a guest artist. He has also played for “NJPL” as bass guitarist and acoustic guitarist from 2017 to 2020.
